Payments, Holidays, Dress Code and More

Tuition for lessons at Abbott's Performing Arts Center is an annual fee which can be paid in 10 monthly installments. The annual fee is based upon your weekly hours of study, not monthly. As the number of hours per week increases, the overall hourly rate decreases. These payments must be made during office hours of Monday-Friday 4:30 - 7:30pm and Saturdays from 10 - noon.
Due Dates: Tuition Payments are due the first of each month. Tuition is considered late after the 10th of the month. We will send a late notice, and a $10 late fee per month will be added to late tuition. Dancers who have tuition more than three weeks late, will be prohibited from class participation. Please note that we do not pro-rate our tuition for missed classes, or holidays, but you are encouraged to do a make-up lesson within the month. You should pay your tuition on your child's first lesson each month. If you don't have dance lessons during these hours and wish to pay by credit card, please swing by the office to pay. It may be convenient for you to pay for several months at once to help save yourself time. If you would like further info, please see the front desk for details. Our Phone Number is (281) 550-1234 and our machine does not take messages, so please call during office hours. Our fax number is (281) 807-1252 and our email is apacdance@comcast.net. All our info is listed on this website.
Any missed classes may be made up with a similar level within one month of the missed class. Please check with your dance instructor for her recommendations. No price reductions are given for missed classes.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for returned checks.
You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by giving written notice to the front office, no later than the 10th of the month. If written notice is not received by the 10th, you are obligated to pay the next month's tuition payment. No refunds for canceled classes, unless they are canceled by APAC.
